When self-cleaning, the sewage valve is opened, the suction nozzle is connected with the sewage pipe, and the pressure difference between the sewage pipe and the outside makes the suction nozzle generate strong suction. The suction bag filter has the following characteristics: high efficiency, compact size, reliable mechanical structure, small flushing flow rate requirement, and cleaning effect when the filter pressure is low; the amount of water required for the self-cleaning process is small, and does not cause The flow of downstream fluid supply is interrupted.
The bag type suction bag filter has two strainers of coarse filter and fine filter connected in series, the nozzle is a circular mouth type, and the suction device is driven by a two-way motor connected with a screw device according to a fixed rotation speed. Spiral movement (so that several nozzles can absorb the entire inner surface of the filter).
Multi-connected backwash bag filter. The filter cartridge is equipped with a cylindrical filter for filtration. When the pressure difference between the outlet and the population reaches a certain value, the backwashing is performed at this time, and two special three-way valves are actuated to close the population inflow and close the drain pipe; Flow, turn on the backwash flow. The backwash water passes through the filter net from the outside to the inside, and the filter residue is washed away and discharged through the drain pipe.
The swivel bag filter is a type of multi-unit backwash bag filter, as shown in Figure 3, which is compact. The sewage is filtered from the inside out through the filter. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches the set value, backwashing is performed, and the gear motor rotates the arm to the bottom of the filter cartridge to be cleaned (by sensor positioning), cuts the inflow, and opens the drain valve. At this time, the outside and the inside of the filter are pressed. Down, the filtrate is reversely active for backwashing, and the backwashing set time value is over, the drain valve is closed, and the next screen is backwashed.
According to the structure of the backwash bag filter, the backwash water can be: backwash water for special pipeline connection, stock solution before filtration and filtered supernatant. The water consumption of the backwashing type and the brush type filter is generally larger than that of the suction type.
